In addition to the expansion of regional producers, the celebrity chef line-up in Sydney is a major drawcard, with appearances from Colin Fassnidge, Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris, Luke Nguyen, Miguel Maestre and more. The new Chef’s Lunch series, presented by the Citibank Dining Program, presents a once-in-a-lifetime experience for visitors to enjoy an intimate three course meal hosted by the celebrity chefs themselves, matched with premium wine and live music.
Other exciting debuts include the Taittinger Lounge and Oyster Bar, where freshly shucked oysters are best served with indulgent Champagne. The masterclass offering has also expanded to feature the Smelly Cheese Club and for those with a sweet tooth, the naughty (but very nice) chocolate masterclass is a must!
