Truffle Degustation

Truffles have an intoxicating flavour, texture and taste. Executive Sous Chef Ricardo Ferreira has created a distinctive seven course degustation menu using the prized Perigord Black Truffles from Hartley Trufferie. The tasting menu will present these black gems in unique and interesting ways to surprise and delight truffle lovers.

Guests will also have the chance to win one of six passes to an exclusive gourmet truffle hunt at Hartley Trufferie in the Blue Mountains. Prize winners will fossick with farm dogs that are specially trained to find the black gold. Afterwards, enjoy a lunch created by Altitude and hosted by Jane and Richard Austen on their property.
